FAQ / Contracts

No long-term contract. No hostage energy.

CREARTELAB is meant to stay because the work is strong, not because the paperwork trapped you. The model is built around subscription flexibility, not dead-weight lock-ins.

Structure Month to month

You do not need a long annual commitment just to start working with CREARTELAB.

Flexibility Upgrade when pressure grows

Move up when the calendar gets heavier instead of pretending a smaller queue is enough.

Seasonality Adjust when the rhythm changes

Nightlife is not flat all year. The structure should be able to breathe with the season.

Mindset Stay because it hits

The goal is ongoing momentum, not keeping you stuck in a plan that no longer fits.

The short answer

No, CREARTELAB is not built around long-term contracts. The relationship is subscription-based, so you can start without pretending you already know your exact volume six months from now.

How billing works in plain English

You subscribe to a plan, the plan renews on its billing cycle, and the right move depends on what your season looks like. If your workload grows, upgrade. If the pressure cools down, do not force a bigger setup than you need.

What if my calendar changes?

That is exactly why a rigid contract is the wrong energy for this kind of service. Event brands, venues and promoters move through hot months, weird months and reset months. Your subscription should reflect reality.

  • Upgrade when your queue starts getting crowded.
  • Downgrade when the volume relaxes.
  • Reach out before renewal if you need to pause, switch or step off cleanly.
The Creartelab principle

We would rather keep a strong-fit client for a long time than trap the wrong-fit client for the wrong season.
